The JQH type pneumatic winch is a highly efficient single-drum winch powered by a piston-type gas motor, engineered to tackle heavy-duty tasks across diverse industries. It is widely employed for hauling and lifting heavy loads in oilfield drilling (including offshore), mining (metal and coal mines), and construction engineering. Its compact size, lightweight build, adjustable speed, user-friendly operation, and rapid installation make it especially suitable for confined spaces, such as underground mining operations. It performs exceptionally well in tasks like excavation, loading station coordination, transporting mining cars, lifting in narrow tunnels, and moving tools, instruments, and other heavy materials.
The winch supports multiple operation modes, including local control, remote control, or a hybrid of both, ensuring adaptability to various operational requirements. Additionally, it can be equipped with advanced safety mechanisms such as automatic braking, an automatic rope arrangement system, emergency stop protection, overload protection, and an emergency release device.
